- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆disappointed does not begin to explain how I feel about the bathstore staff at the burton branch they have let me down 3 times in the space of 1 week with delivery times leaving me with a bill from a plumber that I had to cancel of £75 also when my delivery did arrive there was items missing so again the plumber had to be cancelled what a nightmare it as been.
